Three productized tiers, monthly. Marketing Site is $99/mo with no setup fee — it's the wedge. Sales Engine is $599/mo with a $1,500 setup fee (waivable on a 12-month commitment). Platform is $2,200/mo with a $3,500–$7,500 setup fee depending on depth (waivable on an 18-month commitment). You pay monthly, you can climb tiers as you grow, and we don't bury anything in fine print.

How long does each tier take to spin up?

Marketing Site goes live in 5–10 business days. Sales Engine takes 2–3 weeks to onboard once we've finished discovery. Platform is 4–8 weeks depending on the depth of integrations and tools we're building. We work alongside whatever you have running today and time the cutover so it doesn't disrupt operations.

Do I actually own what you build?

Accepted Answer

Your data is yours from day one — no exceptions. Your code is yours at month 13 of continuous service: full source, configs, and documentation handed over to accounts you control. Cancel before month 12 and you don't get the code, but you keep your data and walk out with everything portable. We're not building a cage; we're building a relationship that has to be earned every month.

When should I move from one tier to the next?

Marketing → Sales Engine when you start hearing yourself say "we're getting leads but losing them," or follow-up is inconsistent, or you can't tell where leads come from. Sales Engine → Platform when you're booked solid but operations are the bottleneck: scheduling chaos, duplicate data entry, owner-level reporting that takes hours to build. We'll tell you when you're ready — not before.

What if I just want a marketing site and nothing else?

That's the entire point of Marketing Site. It works as a standalone product for $99/mo. You can stay at the first step of the stack forever. Most clients eventually climb into Sales Engine or Platform — but we don't pressure it, and we'd rather you stay happy at the step that fits than push you into something you don't need.

How is this different from a SaaS or off-the-shelf tool?

Accepted Answer

SaaS holds your data, raises prices, deprecates features, and locks you into their schema. We do the opposite: code you can run on any developer's laptop, data in databases you control, no lock-in clauses. We're paid for the work and the relationship, not for trapping you.
